 Concrete Driveway

Most of our residential concrete driveways typically range from $9 to $25+ per square foot, depending on size, site conditions, base preparation, thickness, reinforcement, and finish type.

Based on our project history, the average concrete driveway investment is usually between $13,500–$18,500+, with larger or decorative driveways ranging higher.

Sidewalk Concrete

Our sidewalk pricing is $12–$15 per square foot, which includes all necessary work such as excavation, base preparation, forming, and a standard broom‑finish concrete surface. This range allows for differences in site conditions, the amount of preparation required, and the overall size of the sidewalk. It provides a clear and accurate estimate for most projects while ensuring the sidewalk is built with proper materials and methods for long‑lasting durability.

Patio Concrete

Concrete steps and porches can be upgraded at a reasonable cost, with most projects in Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, and nearby communities ranging from about $1800 to $3500 for standard 3 to 5 step replacements, $6500 to $9500 for larger staircases, and $3000 to $6000 for small porches or front landings. Decorative or stamped finishes usually start around $4000. Every project includes demolition if needed, proper base preparation, reinforced concrete, your choice of finish, and full cleanup, giving you safe, durable, long lasting results without surprises.

Resurface & Parging

Resurfacing a worn concrete porch and updating the surrounding parging is an affordable way to refresh your home’s exterior without replacing the entire structure. Most projects are calculated by square footage, and the work usually starts at ten dollars or more per square foot, depending on the condition of the existing surface and the finish you choose. This includes proper preparation, bonding materials, high quality cement coatings, and a smooth, uniform finish that restores strength and curb appeal while protecting your porch from future damage.
